- Counts Cove Kennels has created The Pet Gallery and The Pet Owner's Connection programs for our customers to use. There is no charge to use either program, and they are offered "As is", with no warranty whatsoever.
- We reserve the right to refuse membership to any person, for any reason. We also retain the right to cancel a membership at any time in the future.
- Any personal information you provide will not be shared with anyone, unless you choose to share your information with other users of this system.
- All photos uploaded to this system become the property of Counts Cove Kennels. We agree that we will not use your photos in any way without your permission. You may delete any photo you have uploaded, at any time.
- We do not guarantee that we will publish every photo that you wish to display. We reserve the right not to publish, and to delete any photo at any time.
- While we believe that our photo gallery program is a reliable place to store and display photos of your pet, you should not rely on the program as the only place where you keep a copy of the photos. We do maintain backups of our site, including your photos, but we can't guarantee that they are safe from loss in the event of a system failure. You should always keep original copies of your photos in a safe place.
- In all cases, you agree not to involve Counts Cove Kennels in any legal action or personl problems that may arise as a result of your using this system.
- For security perposes, and to limit misuse of the application, your computer IP Address is recorded each time you access our system.
